Masie & Gus
These two lovely dogs urgently need to find new homes. Their owner is very unwell and unable to take them back to the UK with her as she is going to live with her sister and brother in a small terraced house with no garden.
Maisie (black) is around 7 years old and is medium size. She is chipped but not sterilised and her vaccinations are not up to date. She is very well mannered and clean in the house. She has never encountered children and is not keen on cats. Maisie has not had a lot of exercise but this could be due to her owners health problems restricting this. She would probably benefit from a more active lifestyle. She has been with the current owner since she was 8 weeks old.
Gus (brown) is a 10 year old medium size Labrador x. He’s been neutered and chipped but his vaccinations are not up to date due to his owners health problems. He is very well mannered and clean in the house, but has never encountered children. He is not keen on cats or thunder, but very laid back about life otherwise. Gus is not an overly active dog, but again this could be due to her owners health problems restricting this. He has been with the her since he was one year old.
The owner doesn’t have the microchip details but has said that the vet in Bellac has this on file.
Both dogs can be quite vocal when people first arrive at the house, but they soon settle down and become very gentle.
Their owner has accepted an offer for the sale of her property so it has become urgent to find homes. It would be lovely if they could be rehomed together, but it is more imperative that they find new homes regardless.
