The next Hope Association Book Sale will be held over three days, on the 24th, 25th and 26th May 2013, at the Salle des Fetes, Clussais la Pommeraie, 79190.
Thousands of English and French books will be on sale at just 1 Euro each, including many excellent quality children’s books and reference books.
Have we got some treats for you! This year as well as our usual trade stands, there will be a dog agility and obedience display on the 25th May and classic cars on the 26th May.
There will also be a plant sale with thousands of plants and a nearly new clothes stall lots of lovely vintage and retro clothes and, of course, Eddie’s beautiful hand-made greetings cards.
We’ve also got something planned for the children and we will be welcoming our professional face-painter on the 26th May to create animal faces for the little ones.
Doors open at 10am until 4pm each day of the sale, and refreshments, including English fish and chips and bacon rolls, tea and cakes and a special cream tea with scones, strawberry jam and cream.
All money raised from this event will go to help animals in need and support other animal associations.
