The HOPE Association IS the people who care enough to give of their time, dedication and commitment to fund-raising to helping animals in need.   Perhaps you don’t feel you can commit to “fund-raising” or find the idea rather daunting.  Don’t worry,  we all have things we can do really well and you won’t know until you try, but even your smallest effort will make a difference.

These are just some of the areas where you can help:  Collecting, sorting or storing books for our Spring/Autumn Booksales (see events). Supporting our “Events” and telling your friends about them or organising your own, from local Brocantes to Open Gardens, Coffee mornings, Quiz nights?  Are you a good cook, could you make some cakes for our Fund-raising Cake stall?  Can you lend us extra tables when we need them.  Have you any items you no longer want but would like to sell on our virtual SHOP and donate the proceeds to the animals?

Going the extra mile:  Could you could foster a dog or cat for one of the Animal Associations we support, until it can be re-homed? or your neighbour is allowing ferral cats to breed and multiply, can you persuade them to have the cats sterilized and how to go about it.   Someone finds a stray animal, what do you do? we can help and advise on all these matters, putting you in touch with people who can help and advise you.

Even if you can’t help with fundraising, or afford a donation we can keep you up to date with events in the area that may be of interest to you.

You can simply subscribe to the RSS Feed or receive updates via email (feature to come) or if you Register with the site you will receive regular updates and you will have access to other features when we add them to the site (you can contact us without the Captcha feature and we hope to have a forum too)
