The Animals Associations we work with are in urgent need of people who can look after “Rescue” dogs/cats prior to their re-homing, all expences will be paid.   This allows them to help more animals.  It may just be for a couple of weeks or a couple of months.   They are looking for people who understand dogs or cats and who can take them in as a member of the family and assess them for future re-homing.   This is a very responsible job and should not be undertaken lightly. An enclosed garden is essential.

They need to know:

* Is the animal sociable with other dogs and cats?

* Is the animal safe with livestock, sheep, cows, hens, ducks, etc?

* Is the animal safe with children?

* Is the animal clean indoors?

* Does the animal travel well in a car?

* Does the animal wander or stay around the garden?

* Is the animal good on the lead?
