Leeane my new mom

LATEST NEWS – Look at me meeting my new family! I’ve had a good tea, and my new Ma says I’m not incontinent – just lazy. I’ve presented a few parcels, and chosen my table leg … if you get my drift… They don’t tell me off, so looks like I can carry on being lazy in my old age!

I have chosen a little bed next to Ma’s chair. She cuddles my ears and talks to me and tells me it is going to all be OK…so think I’ll do good here.

Thank you for helping me. I shall have my hernia looked at and sorted next week. It really is due to such special people like you that make this world so much a better place.

Night night, with my love and thanks, always

Little sausage man …. with a little help from ma xxx (Twighlite Old Dogs Home).

UPDATE, after a peaceful night Lulu has been dashing round the garden with great enthusiasm and will shortly be on the road.  The positive news is that the vet thinks he can have the Hernia repaired despite Lulu having a heart mumour, provided it is a light anesthetic, this operation will mean that he will be out of discomfort and can look forward to his retirement.   If you would like to make a donation to help pay for Lulu’s operation please see details below. Thank you.

If anyone would like to sponsor this little chap at “Twilight” then please do let us know here at HOPE. Twighlight is a private refuge that only takes in very old dogs no one else wants,  and everything they do is voluntary. They rely soley on private donations to keep going, and give animals the love and dignity they deserve in their declining years.

If you would like to make a donation please contact Siobain at hope.assoc@orange.fr who will tell you how to go about it.   Thank you.
