These old dogs are living out their last years in the Figeac SPA Refuge.

These dogs are in urgent need of adoption, but it is unlikely to happen unless people are good enough to give an old dog a home for what remains of it’s life.  Otherwise they will remain behind bars and when space becomes short they will be put to sleep.  

They may be old dogs, but everyone has a story to tell and it deserves to be told.

If you can offer a home, we can help get “man’s best friend” to you.  None of the males are castrated and we do not know what they are like with cats.

Bowling is a female Labrador cross, born 1999 she is sterilized, tatooed YKH074 and sociable with other dogs. Can you give her a few more years of happiness? 

 Cesar, is a male Beagle cross, born in 2001 and micro-chipped, 250 268 500 022 022. Cesar likes everyone and typical Beagle he is a bit of an escape artist, though at 10 years old is slowing down considerably.

Naguy is a male Collie Cross and must have been a handsome dog in his youth, he still looks great. Born in 1998 Naguy is micro-chipped 250 269 500 248 976 and is a very sociable old chap.

Nestor is a small male Gascon cross born in 1997 and micro-chipped. Nestor is sociable with other dogs.

Orion is a male Griffon Bleu born in 2001, micro-chipped 250 269 800 891 102.  Orion gets on with other dogs and like all the others, desperatly needs you to adopt him, please.

 Say hello to Patch a male Border Collie cross, born 1999 and tatooed YUE 645, yes he likes everyone.

and last, but by no means least we come to Pitou, a male cross Chien de Chasse, born in 1999 and tatooed ZEA393 a friendly little chap.

All these lovely old dogs where once puppies, and now here they are getting towards the end of their lives and nobody wants them any more.  7 dogs requiring 7 people to say “yes” I’ll give you a home, love you, feed you and care for you.  Please help us to save  Bowling, Cesar, Naguy, Nestor, Orion, Patch and Pitou.
