Zen was adopted yesterday and now re-named Max (Maximus on Sundays) here is what his new owners Lynda and Peter have to say:

“From the moment he got into the car he has been absolutely wonderful.  He has settled in really well, had a good first night, and it did our hearts good this morning when Jezzie took him round the garden to show him all her favourite spots.  Meeting our cat, Holly, didn’t go quite as smoothly as we’d hoped and in his excitement he playfully nipped her bum!  She’s currently staying in one of the spare bedrooms and we’re planning the slow re-introduction, though sure that all will be well in time”.
